Open to all NHS Scotland staff, supporting Scotland's One Nation approach to research capacity building

The NHS Ayrshire & Arran Research Mentorship Scheme (RMS) Seminar Series for 2026–2027 is now open.

The programme strengthens research confidence across disciplines and supports the ambitions of the NHS Ayrshire & Arran Research, Development and Innovation Strategy 2023–2030 and Caring for Ayrshire.

The seminars provide inclusive, structured pathways to enable colleagues gain research skills, explore methods, and build capacity for evidence‑based, equitable practice.

• Seminar cycle: April 2026 → March 2027
• Format: Online, 1–1.5 hours (approximately 45 minutes teaching + Q&A)
• Events are live and not recorded
